Pickup and Delivery

Within 20 miles, not including Chicago, IL:
Free delivery, pickup, setup and takedown.  (Set up and take down will apply only for delivered items only.)

Over 21 to 40 miles including Chicago, IL:
Add $15 delivery fee.  (Set up and take down will apply only for delivered items only).

Postal Charges for Over 40 Miles:
FedEx Ground Delivery (guaranteed 2-4 business days)
$25 plus required refundable deposit of $150.00 credit card or money order deposit (no checks)

• a. We will need at least 2 weeks rental notice to ensure timely delivery.
• b. The item must be returned to our office by FedEx or UPS Ground within a reasonable time of 3 business days after the event date. If all rentals are not returned within 3 business days, additional daily charges of $30.00 per day will apply and a receipt will be forwarded to you for immediate payment.
• c. All shipping charges paid by customer.

Included with Rental Service

Free setup and takedown for deliveries within 40 miles of main office located in Hammond, IN.  All necessary accessories will be provided by The Bridal Box such as extension cords, extra lights, accessories, etc.

Deposit

50% of rental price total (including online Paypal processing fee) is held as non-refundable deposit.

Because we do not require money down for local deliveries, we do require a personal voided check held as deposit.  Your voided check will be returned upon completion of rental.  With this, you agree to the use of the personal checking account for any legal issues we may seek, for any bad rental transactions.

Full Balance

Paid in full upfront, including all fees.

Reservation

Please call our office for requested rentals.  We can hold your date for 10 days until we receive the forms and full balance.

Upon receipt of full balance and all rental forms, date and rental item(s) are secured for reservation.  A receipt and all forms will be return for your records indicating balance paid and reservation of item and date requested.

Cash, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check (no later than 2 weeks before event)

The following fee applies for each Paypal transaction:

• Under $50 -add $3 Fee
• $50 to $100- add $6 Fee
• $100 to $200 -add $10 Fee
• Over $200 to $500 -add $15 Fee
• Over $500 -add $20 Fee

Legal Issues

We reserve the right to seek monetary and attorney consultation(s) for any and all damages of any rentals, any non-returned rentals and to seek full payment on all payments due, including late fees.  With contract and all forms, you agree that we are not responsible (exempt) from any and all injuries or accidents that may occur with the use of our rentals.
